Hats

Parent: - ‘There are two gifts we should give our children; one is roots, and the other is wings’. -- Unknown

Just as any parent, we as a team of professionals ensure the best for the children. Caring as our own, we love them, we are flexible as situation demands, conduct responsibly and most importantly ensure safety of every child under our fold.

Artist- ‘Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up’- Pablo Picasso

We acknowledge children as artists and let them explore their artistic sensibilities to the fullest. To do so, we turn as painters, singers, actors, puppeteers, story-tellers befitting the need to encourage creativity in full spirit.

Facilitator- ‘The Master doesn’t talk, he acts.
When his work is done,
the people say, “Amazing:
we did it, all by ourselves!"’
 -Tao Te Ching

We practice facilitation as an artful dance with rigorous discipline. We take the opportunity to dance with our children on the edge, being present and aware to bring out the best in them.

Magician- ‘Children see magic because they look for it’- Christopher Moore

We treasure the joy in our children when they see magic unfold as they begin to interact with us. We continuously strive to keep the spirit of a magician in all our sessions.

Guide- ‘Children are likely to live up to what you believe of them’- Lady Bird Johnson

The premise of our work rests on believing in our children. We nurture them and guide them with the help of our parent community to reach their full potential.

Coach- ‘Children must be taught how to think, not what to think’- Margaret Mead

We adorn many hats in our everyday routine. We stay clear on every child’s competency and provide support for growth and change individually. We asses and hand-hold them to cross one bridge at a time.

Researcher- ‘Every child is a born naturalist. His eyes are by nature, open to the glories of the stars, the beauty of flowers, and the mystery of life of life’- Ritu Ghatourey

We strive to encourage every child to be curious and start to explore its senses to the best of their abilities to help them find answers in a logical way. We join hands as researchers in their journey of discovery.
